Even if you're not a coffee person, you can probably still appreciate the special power of caffeine. And when it comes to your skincare routine? The best caffeine eye creams feature the same main ingredient as a cup of Joe, but since your under-eyes don't need a recharge, these products aim to reduce inflammation and fine lines instead.

"As a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor, caffeine has numerous skin benefits for the under-eye area," Blair Murphy-Rose, board-certified dermatologist at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of New York, tells Bazaar. In addition to reducing puffiness and discoloration, caffeine eye creams can also boost collagen production, which ultimately helps treat fine lines and combat free radical damage. "By targeting several under-eye concerns all at once, caffeine is a coveted ingredient in an eye cream," she adds.

Those with sensitive skin can still reap the benefits of one of the best caffeine eye creams. Murphy-Rose says to look for formulas that are hypoallergenic, as well as free of fragrance, parabens, and dyes.

To help round out your regimen, we've pulled together a short list of eye cream favorites professionals and beauty lovers agree deserve top marks.
