I tried the passport makeup hack & it transformed my look

A MAKEUP whizz has shown off the results of the viral ‘passport trend’, where she used her everyday products to create a completely different look and get the perfect travel snap.

Gabrielle, going by the username gabxxrielle, took to her TikTok account to share exactly what she used and how she achieved the look.

Starting with a clean face, she first applied a layer of Nars Smooth & Protect Primer. She then went in with got2b ultra glued styling gel to ensure her eyebrows, which appeared to have no arch, were fixed in position.

Going in with a concealer she did not reveal, she then took a flat brush to carefully sculpt out the area right under her eyebrows, making sure to create a lifting look by bringing the product up towards her temples.

She then used a wider brush to spread a generous amount of Nars Sheer Glow Foundation across her face, blending it all in to look seamless.

Taking a Makeup by Mario Shaping Stick, she applied some bronzer to her hairline before drawing lines from the corner of her eyes up to her temples.

Gabrielle also drew lines down her cheekbones and across her jawline before blending it all out.

Going back in with her concealer, she took a brush and covered the space between her eyes, up to her forehead.

She also drew a line right under her eyebrows, lines from the middle section of her under eyes up to her temples, a third line under this with a small space between as well as a final line underneath the area she applied bronzer to on her cheekbones.

The makeup whizz went on to sculpt her nose with the same concealer, adding two lines down from the sides of her nose and a short one just on top, before blending it all in with a sponge.

Finishing her face up with a touch of light pink Nars Liquid Blush on her cheeks, she then moved onto creating the perfect snatched look around her eyes.

Using a brown eyeshadow from a palette she didn’t reveal, Gabrielle blended up towards her temples from the corner of her eyes.

She then covered her under eye area, eyebrow arches, cheekbones and nose with setting powder.

Using Benefit’s cult classic Roller Liner in black, she created a cat eye look - applying the product on the inner and outer corners of her eyes.

She then added fake lashes from Colourpop’s Queenie range and used Charlotte Tilbury’s Nudegasm Face Palette to add highlighter in various places, including the bridge of her nose, her eyebrow arches and across her forehead.

Using a Huda Beauty lip liner, she then got to work on her lips before adding a sheer gloss over it from the same brand.

Finishing the look off, she styled her blonde hair back into a sleek half up, half down do as she posed for her followers.

And finally, she revealed the results of her 2x2 inch passport photo, looking flawless for the camera.

In the comments, she wrote: “Okay but that face lift it gave me”.

People flocked to the comments section, completely taken aback by the end results as she looked completely different to the start.

“Girl you completely changed your appearance….” one person warned her as another chimed: “My friend did this and whenever she shows her ID they say it doesn’t look like her”.

Another shared: “I tried this and they rejected my passport”.

A fourth insisted she would get to “passport control and doesn’t get through,” [sic], to which Gabrielle responded: “i really wouldn’t. I neverrr wear makeup while flying,” [sic]

While a fifth added: “this is gorgeous but like you dont look the same at all and i think that’s gonna cause problems in customs”. [sic]

Others were less focused on the troubles she could encounter at the airport as they couldn’t believe how incredible she looked.

“You TRIED?! More like SLAYED,” more person gushed, while another said: “girl, you win”.
